Rt. Rev Onyekwelu Obika, Presiding Bishop
Bishop Onyekwelu Obika is Secretary General of the International Ministerial Council of Great Britain. He has held this position since 2000. Bishop Obika represents the IMCGB at the Senior Representative Meeting of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland (CTBI) and at Churches Together North Thames (CTNT). He leads the IMCGB worldwide and serves on the board of directors and Licence Committee for IMCGB.

Rt. Rev Sheila M Douglas, Honorary President
Bishop Sheila Douglas serves as honorary President and Director for International Ministerial Council of Great Britain and represents IMCGB at the Enabling Group Meetings of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland, CTBI. Bishop Douglas is the wife of the late Archbishop David Douglas, founder of IMCGB, and has served as General Secretary and International Moderator for IMCGB before taking up her new role as Honorary President.

Rt. Rev Collin A N Maloney, Head of Charismatic Impact IMCGB
Bishop Collin Maloney is the head of Charismatic Impact IMCGB and serves on the board of directors for IMCGB. He represents IMCGB in the Group for Local Unity (GLU) and the Theology and Unity Group of Churches Together in England (CTE) and is a member of the Licence Committee for IMCGB.
